After the product arrives at the customer's site, we send our technicians to and cooperate with the customer's installation and debugging, and train the customer to operate and maintain. After the customer's acceptance is signed, then leave the customer unit.
If the customer proposes to send staff to our company training, we will arrange for the personnel with comprehensive technology to train them and let the person who receives the training passed our assessment and award certificate. The training period is generally one week. During the training period, we are responsible for boarding and Lodging arrangements.
At the expiry of the warranty period, we will provide life -long services for all contracting customers, and provide customers with complete spare supplies, spare parts and technical services at the best price.
After the contract is executed, we will establish a file for customers. The files include buying and selling contracts, technical parameters, production tasks, debugging report acceptance forms, related technical drawings, etc.
