Within the warranty period,the supplier should provide the buyer with damaged or broken parts forfree. But the buyer should cover the DHL shipping cost. We do NOT provide consumption parts like shoe brake for free.The supplier should provide the buyer with free technicAl assistance long life time.
Installtion Service:
Currently we only support online guidance and video guidance.
Normal :The supplier should provide buyer with installation, adjusting service. But the buyer should take on all costs during the service period in buyer's region, including visa procedure, round airplane tickets,accommodation, food, and salary.
Tralning Service:
In supplier's factory, the supplier should guide the technicians of buyer's to operate machine correctly for free.
