Function:
Each printing unit is equipped with an infrared drying device.
Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic powder brakes and clutches
Unwinding and rewinding devices use air-expansion mandrel clamping devices.
Ceramic anilox rollers are used, which have the characteristics of long life, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which is very beneficial for reducing the number of anilox roller replacements and improving printing efficiency.
The printing unit adopts 360-degree axial alignment adjustment. Each printing unit can be engaged or released separately so that other printing units can continue printing.
When stopping, the ink roller can automatically disengage and rotate at a low speed to prevent the ink from drying.
