1.web guide system ,adpoted ultrasonic inspection.danma servo motor drive,ensure material running stable. 2.Use PLC and touch screen control. 3.Use 3 danma servo motor control rewinding shaft and main motor. 4.Unwinding use 3 inch paper core shaftless. 5.3 inch(76mm) friction shaft for rewinding. 6.8 sets round knife and 8 sets straight knife，add groove roller. 7.extra add static bar. 8.Use a combination of hydraulic and air brakes to make unwinding more stable. 9.Synchronous belt transmission ,low noise ,running more steady. 10.splicing table adpoted,which is convenint for worker to operate connect the material,increase the productivity. 11.Friction shaft,tension can be compensated automatcially. 12.Have laser position 5 piece,make slitting work more accuracy. |
