It is adopts micro-computer control for accurate flatten die cutting, material feeding, and sheeting, 3 points photocells for web-guiding and tracking.
Die cutting, waste collecting and finished-material sheeting or rewinding are on one process.
The machine could be used for die cut adhesive paper, dacron label and laser hologram label.
It is the ideal auxiliary equipment of flexo printing machine, silk screen printing machine, gravure printing machine and hologram mark printing machine, and the most efficient unit for printing house.

This machine is flatbed construction, and computer servo motor to pulling paper, material two side and vertical side is positioning by web guide. Machine standard process is Unwinding roll- die cutting -wasting discharge- cutting into piece/ rewinding roll, this is controlling finished by computer. This machine has servo motor transmission, man-interface operating. Enlarging function: laminating device, hot stamping device, punching hole function(need extra add money).
color mark tracking sensor(used for pre-printed material to track color mark position to avoid cutting wrong).
