2.Equipment composition and structure introduction
Die cutting machine is mainly composed of main engine, auxiliary engine, hydraulic control system and other parts.
Main engine constitute of workbench assembly, spindle assembly, auxiliary shaft assembly, base assemble etc.
Workbench assembly constitute of up and down board, guide rail, bearing etc. The whole system up and down by four guide rails and bearing. Board is castings, guide rail with high intensity go by high temperature quenching processing, resistance to wear, import high quality bearing.
Spindle assembly consist of main shaft, connecting rod, passive wheel etc.. Spindle is mainly undertake the weight of workbench and connecting rod. Main shaft adopts through turbo-dynamo conveying speed, through the connecting rod made with up board lifting.
Auxiliary shaft assembly consist of auxiliary, eccentric wheel, turbine,worm etc., auxiliary shaft mainly adjustment up board precision.
Base assembly consist of pedestal, panel etc., pedestal welding of channel steel. Panel thickness is 20mm, pedestal and panel welding connect.
Auxiliary engine consist of frame, turn-over device, put paper device. Auxiliary engine front and behind symmetrical arrangement, put into paper roll alignment.
Frame welding channel steel is the foundation of the turn-over device and put paper device. And guarantee the machine running stable.
Turn-over device consist of two small patches, turning spindle, turning auxiliary shaft. Rotating the direction by hand wheel to prevent paper bending. Turn-over device can be installed, disassemble directly, maintenance is very convenient.
Put paper device consist of driving device, arranger, push board institution and support. Driving device make up of magnetic power drives, arranger including inflatable shaft, shaft, bearing. Driving device at the side of arranger, magnetic power control inflatable shaft.
3.Adjustment and commissioning
Prepare and adjust
First time trial run, should be specialized organization, specialized person operate.
Complete inspect equipment before trial run:
Inspect precision of main engine: pedestal levelness, upper beam levelness, workbench
levelness , pressure head flatness, interval between nut and beam, guide plate interval, interval between rack and beam, inspect auxiliary engine.
Electrical equipment inspection, adjust and try operate electrical control system before compressor. Inspect each motor, electromagnet, limit switch, instrument and electronic control. Interlocking action correctness should pay attention to the following:
(1) Shell of electrical equipment should be grounding.
(2) Cleaning contact terminal of electrical equipment before electrify.
(3) Check the insulation of the electrical equipment in good condition.
(4) Check the stability of each auto switch is correct.
(5) Close main switch, break other switches, trial run electrical part in empty, check the electric equipment action if meet the demand, everything should be correct.
(6) Further check the electromagnet, interlocking encoder switch, action is correct, electric on and off in right way.
